Arrival and departure

  • Check-in: Your accommodation will be available from 2.30pm on the day of arrival. Please inform us if you will be arriving after 7.00pm.
  • Check-out: We kindly ask to vacate your accommodation by 9.30am on the day of departure.

We regret that pets are not allowed in our hotel.

Flexible cancellation policy: Peace of mind for your holiday planning

We know that travel plans can change. That's why we offer flexible cancellation policies:

  • Up to 4 months before arrival: Free cancellation but €60,00 administration fee per room or apartment.
  • From 120 days prior to arrival: Deposit will not be refunded.
  • From 60 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
  • From 30 days before arrival: 70% of the total amount will be charged.
  • From 7 days prior to arrival or no show: 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Please note that late arrivals, early departures or no shows will be charged in full.
