Your rooms is available on your arrival day from 2.30 pm.
Please notify us if you should be arriving later than 7.00 pm.

Please vacate your room/apartament by 9.30 am on the departure day.

To ensure a good relaxing time to all our guests, the children's access to our wellness area is limited in time and age.

Pets are not allowed in our hotel.

No smokers:

Our hotel is a no smokers house, in the rooms and common areas is not allowed to smoke.

The reservation is binding upon confirmation with deposit about 40% of the total price and our definitive confirmation.

Please settle the hotel bill in cash, credit cards are accepted (except business cards, American Express, Amex and Diners Club).

Cancellation conditions:

The cancellation has to be made in writing form.

Up to four months before arrival there is no charge, the deposit can be repaid except € 60,00 (each room/apartment) for administrative costs

From 120 days before arrival the deposit will not be refunded.

From 60 days before arrival we charge 50% of the total amount;

from 30 days before arrival we charge 70% and from 7 days before arrival 100% of the total amount.

By cancellations on the arrival day, in case of no-show without previous cancellation, post-arrival or pre-departure, the total amount will be charged.

Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Val Gardena Guest Pass (consequently Guest Pass) will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well as from 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure.

The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the “südtirolmobil” network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization. Detailed information can be found at: suedtirol-guestpass.info

The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the abovedecision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022.The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use ofthe Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
